About Joshua
A high school graduate of Jersey Village of Houston, Texas and current student at Lone Star College-CyFair, Joshua is a freestyle basketball player eager to develop successful 3×3 championship leagues. He has coached and mentored youth in basketball skills training via various leagues throughout Houston. Joshua is also an up-and-coming young producer who goes by the name Fitz Millennium. He looks to continue providing community service as needed via varying events throughout the Houston Metroplex in support of community awareness and outreach. Through his works at Innovative Segue, it is Joshua’s mission to help with the vision of revitalizing the communities.
I.A.E.C. (International Athletic Enrichment Camps)
I.A.E.C. is an athletics initiative that is available all year. We offer skill development, small group instruction and competitive gaming for all age groups. We also host leagues, tournaments and more!! An I.A.E.C. will include a discounted InnSeg Kids membership, mentorship, sponsored T-shirt, snacks, prizes and giveaways, featured host appearances and a Certificate of Completion.
Social events for people who share common problems to get together and support one another.
A mentoring program designed to give mentees a set of tools and ideas that they can use to build quality mentoring relationships. Mentoring is an increasingly popular way of providing guidance and
support to young people in need.
Youth Entrepreneurship Movement
An initiative geared towards providing entrepreneurship education and encouragement to aspiring youth that look to nurture their entrepreneurial visions. It is through guidance, practical management, marketing and technology solutions that Innovative Segue looks to teach these youth how to start and grow a business.
Annual ‘Alief’s Got Talent’ event hosted by Alief Community Center. A citywide event for children ages 13 – 18 yrs. We look for anyone involved in dance, rap, spoken word, comedy, singing & more!! It’s also an opportunity to recognize community heroes!!
