About Jimmy
A high school graduate of Lyndon Baines Johnson of Austin, Texas, Jimmy played collegiate basketball at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma. He was successful in becoming one of the first semi-pro basketball players to play in the NBA Development League during its inauguration. Moving to Houston in 2005, Jimmy elected to complete his education earning an A.A. in Business Administration from Lone Star College-Tomball in 2009, and a B.B.A. in Marketing from the Davies College of Business at University of Houston-Downtown in 2013. Jimmy is a licensed Realtor, holds a certification in entrepreneurship, and is partnered with the Google Adwords Program. In 2011, Jimmy partnered with Lynita Robinson to launch Innovative Segue. Through various works within the community Jimmy has been recognized by organizations such as the Harris County Precinct One Constable Alan Rosen’s Office, The State of Texas House of Representatives State Rep. Sylvester Turner’s office and more. Jimmy looks to continue providing professional services as needed via varying events throughout the Houston Metroplex in support of community awareness and outreach. Jimmy will build bridges meeting the mission of Innovative Segue Community Outreach Standards (ISCOS). Through his works at Innovative Segue, it is his mission to help with the vision of revitalizing the communities.
I.A.E.C. (International Athletic Enrichment Camps)
I.A.E.C. is an athletics initiative that is available all year. We offer skill development, small group instruction and competitive gaming for all age groups. We also host leagues, tournaments and more!! An I.A.E.C. will include a discounted InnSeg Kids membership, mentorship, sponsored T-shirt, snacks, prizes and giveaways, featured host appearances and a Certificate of Completion.

A mentoring program designed to give mentees a set of tools and ideas that they can use to build quality mentoring relationships. Mentoring is an increasingly popular way of providing guidance and
support to young people in need.
Annual ‘Alief’s Got Talent’ event hosted by Alief Community Center. A citywide event for children ages 13 – 18 yrs. We look for anyone involved in dance, rap, spoken word, comedy, singing & more!! It’s also an opportunity to recognize community heroes!!
